Description |
This basal broth for the enrichment of listeria is made according the AOAC modifications over the medium of the Vermont University (UVM), since it was demonstrated that a slight increase of acriflavine concentration in the secondary enrichment and a strong reduction in the amount of nalidixic acid in all the stages allowed more positive isolations. |
