Kit contains a cell-permeable green fluorescent dye (Ex/Em = 490/515 nm) for staining live cells. Dead cells can be stained by propidium iodide (PI Ex/Em = 488/615 nm). Stained live and dead cells can easily be visualized by fluorescence microscopy. |
